After teaching Afterschool Enrichment classes in the Seattle area since 1995, we have now built our own facility to offer you even more! We heard your requests for wanting a space for Birthday Parties and weekend classes! We have 4 separate rooms, one for Sewing, Jewelry Making, Scrapbooking, and Woodworking. Come see our wide variety of Sewing and Craft classes that we offer. In addition, if you and your friends are looking for a wonderful place to get together to Sew, Quilt, or Scrapbook, this is the place. Focus on fun Friday, June 20, 2008 Hands-on is everything for these creative studio businesses Jaicee Designs, Inc In 1995, Janeal Grosinger began teaching after-school sewing classes at two private elementary schools: Seattle Country Day School and The Evergreen School. Today, the company she runs with her architect husband Craig Grosinger employs eight instructors who teach after school classes at more than 30 schools. In May, the couple opened their first storefront just north of the King-Snohomish County border. Sewing's still the focus but the additional space has allowed the two to expand classes to include jewelry making, scrap booking and wood working. Creativity takes many forms at Jaicee Designs Written by June Meyn Wednesday, 11 June 2008 Creativity, flexibility and thinking outside the box – those words aptly describe Janeal and Craig Grosinger of Jaicee Designs Inc., a new arts and crafts center near 76th Avenue West and Ballinger Way. The arts center opened its doors this month to classes, summer camps and birthday parties for kids who want to try sewing, woodworking, jewelry making, scrapbook creation, ceramics and more. Senior programs will be offered at the arts center, too. How Jaicee Design came to be is a story of ingenuity. When a door closes, look around for a window. For over 12 years Janeal Grosinger practiced her chosen profession, which was dental hygienist. She loved her work, and especially loved working with children.
