Registration Info

To register for any of the classes listed in this brochure, please complete the included registration form and mail along with payment to the address listed above.  A confirmation email will be sent to you upon receipt.  You will receive a detailed packet prior to the beginning of your class schedule.

 You should send in your registration form by June 7, 2009.  Classes are filled are on a first-come, first-filled basis, however, if there is still space available in a class, you may register up until class begins. 

Refunds

Refunds will be given when we must cancel a class.  A class may be cancelled due to lack of enrollment. You will be notified if your class has been cancelled.  Decisions to cancel a class will be made according to enrollment numbers on June 7, 2010. Refunds are not given if and/or when a family’s plans change and your child may no longer participate in the program.

 A student may transfer from one class to another if there is still space available in the new class and if by leaving one class it does not cause that class to have too low enrollment resulting in the entire class being cancelled.  At least 7 business days notice must be given before either class begins.  Refunds are not given on any transfers and the entire balance must be paid at the time of the transfer.

Payment Policy

Payment for all classes is due in full at the time of registration.  Make checks payable to Jaicee Designs, Inc.  Your payment will include one free t-shirt per registered child.

Class size

Class size is limited to a small number of students to allow more one-on-one time between students and teachers.  All classes must have a minimum of 5 students.  The maximum number of students for each class is:  Sewing Classes: 10;  Woodworking Classes:  12; Academic Classes: 12; Just for Fun Classes: 12

Class Times

All morning classes for the Summer Program begin at 9:00 AM and end at 12:00 NOON.  All afternoon classes for the Summer Program begin at 1:00 PM and end at 4:00 PM.  Students who register for both morning and afternoon classes in one day may stay on the campus during lunch hour at no additional charge.  Students should bring a lunch with them.  If they forget, one will be provided for a small fee.

Lunch

Students who sign up for classes in both the morning and the afternoon in one day are allowed to stay on campus at no additional charge.  Students who stay, should bring a sack lunch with them.  If your child forgets his/her lunch, one will be provided for them.  This box lunch will include one “Uncrustable” sandwich, a juice box, and a “Go-Gurt” for $2.00.  Parents will be charged this amount when they check in their students in the morning.

Pick-up & Drop-off times

All students may be dropped off no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the start of their class.  If they need to arrive earlier than that, please sign them up for the Extended Care, as described below.  All students should be picked up no later than 10 minutes after the end of their class.  Parents will be charged an additional $5.00 fee for any student not picked up within 10 minutes of the end of class.  Parents may call at anytime and inform the staff that their child will be staying for the PM Sneak Peak session, and pay upon pick-up.

 Please try very hard to plan out your students schedule and include Extended Care time if you are going to require it.  However, we understand last minute changes and you may call us short notice to let us know your child will be staying until 6:00 PM.  All students must be picked up by 6:00 PM.

Extended Care

Available from 7:00 AM—9:00 AM and also from 4:00 PM—6:00 PM for an additional $5.00 per hour fee.  Please note on your registration form if  your students will be requiring this service and how many hours each day they will need it for.  To make special arrangements, please call Jaicee Designs.
